Consumer notice
This page is the information we owe you before you buy as a private individual. You receive it by email together with your key, and it stays here at the same address. If anything on this page and the terms disagree, this page wins for consumers.
1. Who you are dealing with
- Trader: ARTEM BUREI LLM TECH, a sole proprietorship registered in Poland (CEIDG).
- Tax identification: NIP 7792605454, EU VAT number PL7792605454.
- Address: ul. Izaaka Newtona 1C/8, 60-161 Poznań, Poland.
- Email for everything, including complaints: artem@llmtech.eu. We answer within two working days.
2. What you are buying
Access to an application programming interface (API) that runs the Qwen3.8-27B language model on hardware in the European Union. You send text, the model answers, and you pay per token processed. The service is digital content supplied over the internet, without a physical medium. Technical limits, measured performance and known quirks are described on /docs and /status. The model's answers are probabilistic and we do not warrant their accuracy; you review them before acting on them.
3. Price and taxes
- Net rates per million tokens: $0.25 input, $0.04 input served from cache, $2.09 output.
- With Polish VAT at 23%: $0.3075, $0.0492 and $2.5707.
- VAT is charged on the amount you transfer, at the moment we receive it. The amount you transfer is treated as gross. Example: you transfer 40.00 EUR, 32.52 EUR is credited to your balance and 7.48 EUR is VAT.
- Usage is metered against the balance at the net rates. There is no subscription, no minimum and no other fee. Bank charges of your own bank, if any, are yours.
- The balance is kept in US dollars. The exchange rate of the day your transfer arrives and the resulting amounts are written on the top-up record in your cabinet.
- Polish VAT applies while our sales to consumers in other EU countries stay under the EU-wide threshold of 10,000 EUR per year. If we cross it, the VAT rate of your country of residence applies to later top-ups, and we tell you before charging it.
4. Payment and the prepaid balance
- Payment is by bank transfer (SEPA) to the account on the invoice we send you. Cards are not accepted at the moment.
- We credit the net amount to your balance by hand within one working day of receiving the transfer and confirm by email. The balance is visible at any time in the cabinet, with every top-up and its VAT amount.
- The balance can only be spent on our services. It never expires.
- Any unused balance is refunded on request, to the account it came from, within 14 days of your request. A refund reverses the VAT of the refunded part.
- When the balance reaches zero the API stops answering requests (HTTP 402) until you top up again. Requests running at that moment may take the balance slightly below zero; we do not chase that difference.
- An invoice for a top-up is issued on request.
5. Duration and ending the contract
The contract runs for as long as you keep a balance or a key. You can end it at any time by email; we refund the remaining balance and delete the key. We can end it with 30 days' notice by email, with the same refund. If we have to stop the service for reasons outside our control, the refund still applies.
6. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period runs from the day the contract is concluded, which is the day you receive your key. To withdraw, send us a clear statement by email; you may use the form below but do not have to. Sending it before the period ends is enough.
Because the service starts as soon as the key is active, we ask you, when you order, to agree that we begin before the withdrawal period ends. You keep the right to withdraw. If you withdraw after the service started, you pay a proportionate amount for what was used up to the moment you told us, and everything else is refunded within 14 days.
Model withdrawal form (complete and email only if you wish to withdraw):
- To: ARTEM BUREI LLM TECH, ul. Izaaka Newtona 1C/8, 60-161 Poznań, Poland, artem@llmtech.eu
- I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the supply of the following service: LLM Tech API access, key fingerprint or email used to order: ________
- Ordered on: ________
- Name of consumer: ________ · Address of consumer: ________
- Date: ________ (signature only if sent on paper)
7. Complaints and disputes
- Write to artem@llmtech.eu. We answer within 14 days. Every charge is backed by a line in our request journal; the cabinet shows the totals day by day and the lines are yours on request, so most disagreements are settled by looking at the same numbers.
- If we cannot agree, you can turn to the municipal or district consumer ombudsman in Poland (rzecznik konsumentów), to the Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa) for out-of-court settlement, or, if you live in another EU country, to the European Consumer Centre in your country, which handles cross-border complaints free of charge.
- You can always sue in the courts of your own country of residence.
8. Your data
What we process, why and for how long is in the privacy policy. In short: the content of your requests is not stored; a per-request journal with time, key fingerprint, IP address, token counts and status is kept for 13 months because it backs the invoices; the record of your top-ups is kept for five years because tax law requires it.
9. Law and language
Polish law applies, without taking away the protection you have under the mandatory consumer rules of the country where you live. The contract is concluded in English. We keep a copy of this notice as it was on the day you ordered and send it to you on request.
