Qwen3.8-27B for one person. Your code stays in the EU.
A developer with a coding agent, a freelancer under NDA, a lawyer or a doctor with one laptop: the same endpoint our business customers use, paid by bank transfer, refunded on request. No company needed.
The journal is what the invoice is built from, so here is exactly what it holds for each request: the time, the request ids, the fingerprint of your key, the pricing channel, your IP address, the model name, whether the answer was streamed, the reasoning mode you asked for, the number of input, cached and output tokens, the prices and the cost, the HTTP status, an error code if the request failed, and how long it took. Nothing from the body of your prompt or of the answer is written anywhere. The full list of what we process and for how long is in the privacy policy.
Anything that speaks the OpenAI API works. Ready configs for Cline, Kilo, Continue, aider, Zed, Open WebUI, LibreChat and Claude Code are on /agents. Two values to paste:
base URL https://api.llmtech.eu/v1 model nvidia/Qwen3.8-27B-NVFP4
Context window 262,144 tokens. Coding agents send the same long prefix again and again, and that is what the cache is for: input served from cache is billed at the cached rate, which is 16% of the full one.
| per million tokens | net | with 23% VAT |
|---|---|---|
| input | $0.25 | $0.3075 |
| input served from cache | $0.04 | $0.0492 |
| output | $2.09 | $2.5707 |
You pay by bank transfer into a prepaid balance. VAT is charged once, on the transfer, at the moment we receive it. Usage is then metered at the net rates above, and your cabinet shows the balance and the spend day by day.
You transfer 40.00 EUR
That amount is gross. 32.52 EUR go to your balance, 7.48 EUR is VAT.
You want 40.00 EUR on the balance
Transfer 49.20 EUR. 40.00 EUR go to the balance, 9.20 EUR is VAT.
What 32.52 EUR buys
At an 85% cache hit rate and a coding-agent mix of 50 input tokens per output token, about 330 million input tokens. Your own mix will differ; the cabinet shows the real number.
Rates are in US dollars because the API is priced in dollars; the balance is kept in dollars at the exchange rate of the day your transfer arrives, and both figures are written on the top-up record you see in the cabinet. The 23% rate is Polish VAT, which applies to consumers in the EU while our sales to consumers stay under the EU-wide threshold; if that changes, the rate of your own country applies and we tell you before charging it.
1. Check the quality
The public trial key on /docs works without signing up. It is rate limited, so use it to judge answers, not speed.
2. Ask for a key
One email with your name and country. You get the key, the consumer notice and an invoice with SEPA details the same working day.
3. Transfer any amount
We credit the net amount by hand within one working day and confirm by email.
4. Use it, top up, or stop
When the balance hits zero the API answers 402 and nothing else happens. Top up again, or ask for the remainder back: it is refunded, it never expires.
Cards are not accepted yet. Every card processor we could use sits outside the EU or adds a party to the chain we would have to disclose, and we would rather keep the chain short than take cards.
You have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. If you ask us to activate the key right away and then withdraw, you pay only for what you used up to that moment and the rest is refunded. The balance never expires and is refundable at any time. The full pre-contract information, the model withdrawal form and where to complain are on one page: consumer notice.
Do I need a company or a VAT number?
No. This page is for private individuals. If you have a VAT number, the business terms on /pricing apply and VAT is handled by reverse charge.
Can I get an invoice for my accountant?
Yes, on request, for any top-up. By Polish law an invoice to a private person is issued when asked for; the cabinet shows every top-up with the VAT amount regardless.
Where exactly does my data go?
To one machine in the EU, named with its provider and location on /security, through our own edge server in Germany. Nothing in the chain is in the United States. If the machine ever moves, the page changes first and customers are told by email.
Is there a monthly minimum or a subscription?
No. You pay for tokens. A month with no requests costs nothing.
What if the service goes away?
Your remaining balance is refunded. The journal that backs every charge is mirrored to a second machine and kept for 13 months, so a dispute can be settled line by line.
